- Illegal programs, adult, or warez programs are not
permissible on the FAD network.
- Do not use deceptive headlines in text ads, banner ads, or
email ads to gain attention. This is bad marketing and it is banned by FAD Admin and the
FTC.
- Members may have up to 5 text ads, 5 banner ads, and 5
exit pop ads, but these MUST be different ads for different programs. Duplicate programs
are banned.
- FAD is a voluntary optin verified program. Any member
accusing another member of spam, will have their account terminated, all ads deleted, and
all commission owing forfeited. Do not do this.
- If you wish to be removed from the FAD network, use the
remove link in the emails you receive.
- Free members can build a downline list of people they can
mail to, using credits they have accumulated.
- Pro members can mail to the main database using credits
they have accumulated.
- You can use any legitimate method to advertise FAD, such
as verified optin email, ezine advertising, banner advertising, classified advertising,
PPC, Targeted traffic. If you use forums, make sure you follow their strict posting
guidelines. Do not use Usenet's, or post ads where they are not wanted or not accepted.
Any violations or spam complaints received by FAD could result in the termination of your
account.
- Refund Policy: Free-Ad Depot is a
commission based program and as such does not offer refunds. Commissions are paid to your
sponsor as soon as your payment clears. All sales at Free-Ad Depot are final so make sure
it is the program you want to invest in before you place your order.
The duration of this Agreement will begin with our receipt of your sign up form which
expressly agrees to all the terms set forth on this website . You may terminate your paid
membership with Free-Ad Depot at any time by cancelling your recurring account with your
payment processor without refund. It shall be your sole responsibility to cancel your
recurring payment with your payment processor.
Free-Ad Depot retains the right to terminate your account at any time without notice, if,
in its sole discretion, you have violated the terms of this agreement and no refunds shall
be issued at the time of termination.
You understand and expressly agree that you will lose your website, access to your
membership area, and any commissions due. Free-Ad Depot shall not be held liable for
any financial damages you may sustain as a result of your termination either voluntarily
or by the company.Independent Investigation:
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND
CONDITIONS. YOU HAVE INDEPENDENTLY EVALUATED THE DESIRABILITY OF PURCHASING Free-Ad Depot
SERVICE(S) AND ARE NOT RELYING ON ANY REPRESENTATION, GUARANTEE OR STATEMENT OTHER THAN AS
SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
- FAD is a great free advertising program. Use it wisely and
it will work for you.
